Bookings and Payment
Bookings can be made online through our website, by phone or in person on the river. If booking by phone or in person, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Any outstanding balance must be paid prior to the activity. We accept credit card or cash. By booking online or paying a deposit, you agree to these conditions of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price, or lose their deposit.
Customers may choose to reschedule their booking subject to availability, with 48 hours notice.
Insurance and Liability
Water sports are great fun, but can also carry inherent risks associated with the activity. Eco Noosa cannot be held liable for any injury, death or loss of material belongings as a result of negligence on behalf of the customer.
Customers are required to sign an indemnity form prior to the commencement of their activity. Full Terms and Conditions can be found on the indemnity form.
